Reading Time

I saw this quote somewhere the other day:
"Sometimes being a big brother is better than being a superhero."

I thought of that quote after watching Parker and Wesley interacting this week. Wesley lights up when Parker is around and gives his big brother all kinds of grins and smiles. Wesley tolerates all kind of rough treatment from his big brother without fussing, including being forcibly rolled onto his belly for "tummy time." These pictures were taken the other night on the futon in Daddy's office. Parker is "reading" to Wesley from his the Lightning McQueen seek and find book he got for Valentine's Day. Wesley was totally captivated as Parker told him the story and pointed out all the different characters and stuff to him. It was such a precious moment and Parker seemed like he should have been wearing a superhero cape!
