Random Things From Around the Week

This was the scene in our house last week for Date Day on Friday - we stayed in and chilled out from our Covid boosters watching Christmas movies. With all three animals on the couch with us. 

Parker got a chance to speak up at Wonderful Wednesday Parent Show and tell the parents about the outdoor games that he and his assistants played with the kids over the past nine weeks. 

Folks from the church returned all of their Angel Tree gifts back so that they can be distributed to families for 87 children - this is a panoramic view of our prayer chapel and does not include the bicycles! 

And we celebrated Amy's 40th birthday at staff meeting on Thursday as well! 

Wesley Update

He's been such a good helper lately. This past Sunday after church, when he just got home from camping, we put him to work out in the Pumpkin Patch. We were all trying to get the patch setup for pumpkin delivery this week. We needed someone with long arms to get some dirt that had fallen down in one of the holes - and guess who had the longest wingspan? He did great! 

He's also been helping at Wonderful Wednesdays as an assistant with the woodworking class and this was the nativity set he brought home that they made this 9 weeks.
