The Flying Elf

Last year we received a new friend for the holiday season - the Elf on the Shelf - which the boys decided to name Noah. He made his first appearance at our home on Wesley's birthday this year since we had started the Christmas decorating. So far he's hidden at night in a few usual places - the top of the china cabinet, the shelves in the dining room, the fireplace mantel, the shelves in the family room. One night he hid in the nativities in the foyer and the boys never found him! So Sunday night Daddy decided to hang him someplace obvious and yet interesting. The boys thought this was hysterical when they spotted Noah on Monday morning!
