One of our church members took this picture of the boys chilling out in the back of the sanctuary after the last worship service on Sunday....they were waiting for us to finish shaking hands with people. Some other sweet soul had given them candy while they were waiting.
Sunday evening found us back at the church to celebrate Promotion Sunday. Parker is graduating up from the 5th-6th grade Connect group to the regular youth group (7th-12th grades). We had dinner together and played games in the Family Life Center.
Davis found a couple of girls willing to play a special version of volleyball with him and then he got some assistance from one of the other dads to make him taller!

Someone got a little tuckered out and decided to nap on the table. Then Miss Mindy was able to get in some snuggling time with Davis.
