Surgery Update

Davis went for a surgical post-op appointment Tuesday morning at Shands. He was 18 days post surgery. They took the bandage off his hip finally and his incision there is healing very well. Still showers only for 2 more weeks and no swimming. They were pleased with how the splint looked over his upper jaw today. There's no swelling or signs of infection. Four more weeks of the liquid/soft (no chewing) diet and then the splint should be able to be removed. Thanks for your continued prayers for our little guy!
