Just such a gorgeous view and lovely warm light from my chair in the living room.
On Monday we drove over to Highlands Outpost on the west side of Highlands (about 40 minutes away) and went back to the Scaly Screamer (alpine toboggan). We each did two trips and Davis was able to ride by himself this time. So much fun!
Then we drove over to Highlands and walked around, did a little shopping and got lunch at this great restaurant, Azteca Rainforest Bar and Grill.
We made a quick stop at the Sapphire Valley resort rec center and were absolutely blown away by how beautiful the dogwoods were in bloom - while it's cold this week, the last few weeks here had been so warm that the daffodils and dogwoods bloomed out.
Daryl and I took another late night hike around the neighborhood - so good to spend time together.
