Last Sunday after church I drove to Lakeland and picked up Amy (aka the Birthday Girl) and we headed to Disney to celebrate with a gingerbread tour at the Disney hotels.
First Stop - Gingerbread at Animal Kingdom Lodge
Second Stop - Gingerbread at the Grand Floridian Hotel
Third Stop - Gingerbread at the Beach Club Resort
Fourth Stop - Gingerbread at the Yacht Club Resort
Amy made us a reservation here at Ale and Compass Restaurant for dinner. The chef came out to talk to me and made me a delicious meal of chicken, potatoes and broccolini. And Amy got a yummy birthday cake.
Fifth Stop - Gingerbread at the Boardwalk Inn
We walked into Epcot to see the gingerbread at American Adventure, only the lobby was closed for a private event. We did manage to catch part of the Candlelight Processional with John Stamos as the narrator.
Sixth Stop - Our final stop was the gingerbread at the Contemporary Resort. We parked in cast parking thanks to Amy and it was so close to Space Mountain!
It was a wonderful day of fun and celebration with my best Disney Park Pal.
