Family Thanksgiving

Wednesday night we headed over to Seffner to eat dinner with Grandmommy and Grandaddy and crash at their place. Parker was especially thrilled to discover that they have moving reindeer in their front yard!

But when we went to unpack, we discovered that Mommy had forgotten Parker's undies and jammies. So Daddy made a late night run (thank God for WalMart) and scooped up some SpeedRacer undies. Then he slept in one of Grandmommy's t-shirts and used Daddy's old sleeping bag. He thinks he's big stuff now! Uncle Daniel came up with their new dog to visit for a while with us and Uncle Bill and Aunt Bobbie (Granny's brother down from North Carolina).

Thursday we ate Thanksgiving lunch at Grandmommy and Grandaddy's with them and Granny, Uncle David and Aunt Barbara, Uncle Kelly, Uncle Bill and Aunt Bobbie, Uncle Daniel and Aunt Dawn and the cousins, plus Uncle David (Daddy's cousin at school in Miami). Parker and the cousins had lots of fun playing outside - football, basketball - and later in the afternoon Grandmommy put up the bounce house in the yard. Parker sure enjoyed it, but Wesley wasn't too thrilled.

Then we headed over for a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner at Grandma and Grandpa's. This was the first time Wesley has been over there since he became so mobile and he had a blast running all around their house and exploring everything. He especially enjoyed the singing turtle and kept getting it to play over and over again while he danced.
