Mommy's Surgery

Today Mommy had the surgery to have her lump removed. Everyone at the hospital was very helpful and friendly and made things very easy. Turns out that one of Mommy's church members works in the outpatient surgery center and she kept checking in too. The surgery itself went very well and just like the surgeon expected. She remains confident that the lump is benign like Mommy's last one. We go back to see the surgeon on Tuesday to get the pathology results. In the meantime Mommy's taking it easy at home today and tomorrow. We're also very thankful for Grandmommy and Grandma who came up to help out with the boys and offer moral support.
