Update on Grandpa

Grandpa (Rob Keller) continues to be in ICU at Brandon Hospital, recovering from his heart attack on Sunday April 3rd. He finally came off the ventilator this past Tuesday (4-12) when he pulled it out himself in the middle of the night. Because he had the tube in his throat for so long and because of all the sedation that they had been giving him while he had the tube in, Grandpa has had a difficult time talking but he is trying. He does have a long road of recovery ahead of him. The next big step is to pass the swallow test so he can get the ng tube out his nose that is providing his nutrition and move on to eating.
