Monday the boys got to go fishing with Parker's Cub Scout Pack again at Tuscawilla Park in Ocala. Parker's den made their own small cane poles right on the shore before they started fishing. They even put the worms on their hooks (with a little help from the grownups!)
Later one of the park rangers came out with these really long cane poles and loaned them to some of the boys. Parker gave his newly made cane pole to Wesley and borrowed one of the park ones so that they could both fish.
Unfortunately, neither one of the boys caught a fish. But that's typical right? At least they had a lot of fun.
