Easter Sunday morning I took the boys with me to Belleview in time for the sunrise service outside.
They helped usher and Wesley helped me serve communion.
After that we all enjoyed the pancake breakfast in the Fellowship Hall,
and then they came in to the first part of our contemporary service before heading to the nursery.
During Sunday school, they had a little party in the Fellowship Hall complete with puppet skit (about the true meaning of Easter) and cupcake decorating - followed by an Egg Hunt outside.
After the last of the three services was over, we headed home to pick up Daryl.
He had a great morning of Easter worship at Druid Hills.
We changed clothes real quick and headed out to Seffner.
We made it there in time to catch the end of lunch.
Everyone had these cute little bird's nests at their placesetting.
There were a few rounds of Easter presents throughout the afternoon and evening,
as well as the annual cousin Egg Hunt out in the yard.
Candy from Aunt Barbara and Uncle David.
New swimsuits from Grandmommy and Granddaddy.
Nerf guns and t-shirts from Mommy and Daddy.
And later at Grandma's house, an assortment of goodies including origami kits and new books.
Plus somewhere in there we managed to celebrate Parker's birthday!
It was a very good day of worship and family time.
