We didn't do Back to School shopping this year but this guy had cash from some Get Well cards and he ordered this cool hat online! Like Baba, like son!
It's been two weeks today since his surgery. He had a rough time days 4-6 with eating and pain but is basically pain free now and really able to eat anything that he wants. Throat has healed well. He continues to remark that his throat feels empty, giving some indication of just how long his tonsils were enlarged and how big they were in his throat. He says he can breathe easier. He seems to be sleeping better. He sleeps quietly now! I have to tiptoe in to make sure he's breathing in his bed - he's not snoring anymore!
