At our Conference Board of Laity luncheon. Bishop Berlin's wife spoke and I got to congratulate Dave Palmer and Randy Leighton on becoming certified lay ministers. They were good friends in our Druid Hills/Belleview days.

Then I got food poisoning and was so ill I missed all of Friday's sessions. Daryl stayed with me at the hotel and live-streamed the sessions while I was recuperating. While I wasn't 100%, I was determined to not miss the worship service on Saturday - the Service of Licensing, Commissioning and Ordination
