Mommy's Birthday

Saturday, Mommy turned 34 years old! We had fun celebrating together as a family! We started out the morning at Lowe's where we had signed the boys up for a "Build and Grow" clinic to make monster trucks. The place was crammed full of parents and kids - they had 50 kits and only 1 leftover! We had to wait our turn for table space, but it worked out just fine. Daddy helped Parker assemble his and Mommy assisted Wesley.

Afterwards we went to get lunch at Moe's (Mommy's choice!) and ran into Wal-Mart. When we got home, Mommy was presented with a yummy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough cake and her birthday present - a new Vera Bradley purse!!!!!

Then in the late afternoon we headed down to Daddy's church. He was officiating at a vow renewal for a couple married 55 years - Bill and Doris Pitts - and Mommy was invited to sing a solo. Wesley fell asleep right after the opening song and slept through until the pictures were over! Then it was on to the reception for good food and some fun together.
