A Family of Five

Today we met our son Davis for the very first time. The details will come later, but for now let me just say that God was SO faithful in answering every single prayer and dream that we had about our son, and about this first day. 

Davis is a happy-go-lucky boy, who smiles with his whole face and laughs with his entire body. 

He has a healthy appetite, and loves to play with toy cars and balls. He was especially taken with his brothers and they were amazing with him. He also enjoyed some good snuggle time with his Grandmommy and Granddaddy too. 

Davis is sleeping peacefully now in the crib at the foot of our bed. Tomorrow morning we go back for an interview at the Civil Affairs office at which time he will legally become our son. 

We are so very happy tonight and blessed beyond measure. Thank you so much to all of our family and friends for your prayers, love and support.
