On the day before Parker's birthday he had a Court of Honor ceremony at Boy Scouts where he officially received his Second Class rank, as well as two special patches for campouts and his Aviation badge as well as his Personal Management badge. Since we had to be in a church meeting, we were especially thankful for one of our church members (whose last name is Allen too!) who stood up with Parker.
Can you believe that this amazing kid is 12 now?
