Our last family day of vacation we spent at Disney. We had dinner at a new-to-us restaurant - the House of Blues. Everyone enjoyed their meal and Davis ate his entire bowl of pasta!
Afterwards we were outside along the waterfront at Disney Springs to watch a cool new drone show. There were over 300 drones flying above the water controlled by a single person with a computer. Set to music, the drones flew into all different kinds of holiday shapes including Christmas trees and angels and more.
Then we headed out to visit the Christmas decorations at some of the different Disney resorts. We caught the Magic Kingdom fireworks show from the monorail windows on the way to the Contemporary Resort.
The highlights of the Christmas decor at the Contemporary included a giant Gingerbread House based upon Frozen and a huge tree out front of the resort.
Next up was the Grand Floridian. Always love to see this place in its Victorian glory.
Our final stop for the evening was the Animal Kingdom Lodge. We made it just in time. They were actually roping off the area around the tree to begin dismantling it later that evening.
