Tuesday morning for Staff Meeting at church we decided to do something a little different. We drove the 10 minutes to our Methodist Life Enrichment Center. We gave everyone some time to spend in reflection, meditation on Scripture, and in prayer by themselves on the grounds of this beautiful retreat center. There are swings under the trees, benches, a prayer chapel, a prayer labyrinth and a dock on Lake Griffin. In the business of this week preparing for Easter, we wanted everyone to have a chance to remember why we celebrate it in the first place.
