Last weekend was World Communion Sunday in worship and we had beautiful altars at both services to celebrate. Here's the one from the 9Thirty service with Daryl and Loida leading the liturgy.
Tuesday the three of us spent the day planning next year's sermons out at the camp. Here was our inspirational view from the Lake Room.
Wesley found out on Tuesday night that the school scarecrow we worked on over the weekend won First Place in the school portion of the Scarecrow Expo!!!
Wednesday was the Parent Show at Wonderful Wednesday at church. Both Wesley and Davis participated in the gardening class this term and got to bring home green bean plants.
On Friday, Daryl and I spent our date day down in Orlando at Disney. The line was a little longer this week to get into Epcot for Food and Wine.
We didn't stay long before heading over to Disney Springs for a movie and then lunch at D-Luxe Burger. This was our view from the patio at lunch.
For dessert Daryl ended up with a Ghiradelli's milkshake and I tried another milkshake from Erin McKenna's - this time Thin Mint!!
And this message was in the sky as we were walking back to our car. Amen.
