Lat on Monday night we drove down to Orlando and checked into the Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort for two nights to start our Thanksgiving vacation as a family. On Tuesday morning we got up at a leisurely pace, made breakfast in our two bedroom condo and then headed over to Disney Springs.
First order of business was the Christmas Tree Trail. They outdo themselves every year here with trees themed to park rides and movies.
Then we did a little window shopping and sightseeing before ending up at D-Luxe Burger for lunch and a stop at Erin McKenna's (the allergy bakery) for sweet treats for mom. Pumpkin everything! This was the first time I've had pumpkin since Thanksgiving of 2016. And it was so good!

We stopped to rest for a moment and found this snack in the bushes nearby. |
At the Coca Cola store the guys wanted to try Cinnamon Coke. Three out of four guys loved it!

Two slices of pumpkin pie, a roasted apple pie cupcake and a cinnamon cupcake. |

A pumpkin donut for Thanksgiving morning! |
Then we headed over to Epcot! We met Winnie the Pooh, rode all four lines of the Skyliner, then did the Land boatride (with holiday lights), followed up by the Nemo ride, Turtle Talk with Crush, and Figment. Then we visited the Epcot experience for pictures in the old Odyssey building before going to see the Epcot Forever Fireworks.
