Saying Goodbye

Our hearts are heavy today that we could not be gathered in North Carolina with our Sparks family. Daryl's great-uncle Bill, the last of the Sparks siblings, died last Saturday and the family is having a graveside service for Uncle Bill today. He was the younger brother of Daryl's grandmother, Murriel Allen. We last saw Uncle Bill in 2016 at his brother Wade's funeral in Alabama. Super thankful now for the memories we made back in 2012 when we took Wesley and Parker up for a Homecoming Weekend in Spruce Pine and a family reunion there.
