It's been four years since I last ate lasagna - my favorite food. There are all kinds of variations out there but I was looking for a classic one. This one is made with gluten free/dairy free lasagna noodles, allergy safe spaghetti sauce, crushed tomatoes, dried oregano and fresh basil from the garden. It also includes duck eggs and non-dairy versions of ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. I made this for dinner on Tuesday night. It was delicious!!! And everyone ate it in our house and liked it.
