I tried something new on Thursday night after Open House - I drove down to Nokomis Beach on Casey Key (in between Sarasota and Venice) to participate in a healing sound bath at sunset. This is put on by one of the yoga studios in the area. It was incredibly relaxing and restorative to lay there and hear the waves and watch the sun set while also listening to the sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and other instruments. Definitely a great way to end the work week.
