Last weekend I did a health challenge with my Faster Way health program. We've been training all throughout July for that. I did 100 squat jumps, 100 situps, 100 burpees and 100 pushups. I love getting stronger with this program.
I used all of my birthday money this summer to get new free weights and a weight stand that I use several times a week in my strength training with Faster Way.
