Sunday was the last three charge conferences of the season all in Manatee County: Terra Ceia UMC, First UMC Palmetto and Braden River UMC.
On Tuesday I flew up to Ohio for a Board of Ministry Staff Network Gathering in Columbus.
I traveled with Holly from the OCE Office - we toured Methodist Theological School of Ohio before heading to the West Ohio Annual Conference Center office.
On Thursday afternoon we played tourists on a bus tour. We visited two United Methodist churches and ended up at the Ohio State University football stadium where we got a full tour and ate dinner in the press box.
