Daryl and I ended up taking a hike on Friday in Apopka, near Orlando. We went to the Wekiva Springs State Park and did the 3.5 mile Mill Creek Loop trail. It was nice and easy and very old Florida!
That night dinner was courtesy of the Hills who made Low Country Boil for the tribe. Delicious!
