Thanksgiving Vacation Part One

Tuesday afternoon started our Thanksgiving Vacation. We stopped in Pine Hills in Orlando for lunch at Pollo Tropical before heading into Hollywood Studios at Disney. We just spent a little bit of time looking at the Christmas decorations and getting the boys passholder cards swapped out for the new Anniversary editions.

Then we went to our hotel to checkin for the night - the Dolphin Hotel. This is where Daryl and I stayed for our anniversary this year. While we were waiting for our room, Parker zoomed for his college English class on his laptop. Davis and I explored the gift shop and around the resort.

Views from our balcony!

After class, we drove to Port Orleans French Quarter Resort so that everyone could have beignets for dinner!

And then we drove over to Animal Kingdom to see the decorations and walk through Pandora all lit up at night. Wesley wanted to ride Everest so I rode with him and the line was only 10 minutes long.

We drove back to the hotel and parked and walked over to Epcot. On the way we saw the Christmas decorations in the Yacht Club and Beach Club Resorts.

The view of the Boardwalk hotel from the Yacht Club.

Inside Epcot we wandered through the shops in England and then rode Soarin before getting snacks and finding our spots for the new Harmonious fireworks show.

After the fireworks we walked along the Boardwalk on the other side of the lake back to our hotel. A total of 7.5 miles of walking in three Disney parks in a single day!
