Family Fun Day

Saturday we snuck over to Disney for a few hours for a Christmasy family fun day.
Parker wanted to ride the Skyliner, so we parked at Hollywood Studios and
rode the Skyliner over to Epcot.

Inside American Adventure, there were a few gingerbread houses up - the American Adventure pavilion, flanked by the Lincoln Memorial and the MLK Memorial.

Then we wandered over to China to catch the Chinese Lion Dance performers.

We went back past America and grabbed lunch at Regal Eagle and then Davis wanted some sushi from Japan. He tried out the spicy roll. Love how peaceful the garden here is. And the 3 generations of women drummers are finally back!

There was a new vegan dessert for me in the Sunshine Seasons restaurant in the Land pavilion which was the most amazing thing and SO rich I could not finish it all.

Selfie on the bridge between England and France before heading back.

We got off the Skyliner part way back to check out the Riviera Resort which was super swanky and then finally we went home. It was a lovely relaxing fun Disney day - you have to find time for fun in the middle of the holiday busyness as a pastor.
