Sunday afternoon I had the opportunity to drive up to Gainesville for the installation service for our new North Central District Superintendent, David Allen. David and I were provisional pastors together long ago in the Gulf Central District. It was a beautiful service and the world renowned Bethune Cookman University Concert Chorale came and sang several numbers - his daughter is a member of the group now.
