My week started with worship at Cypress Lake UMC in Fort Myers. Their children's choir sang, they had a baptism and they were recognized for being one of the top givers to the children's home.
On the way home I popped by Boca Grande for a quick visit, including a labyrinth and a walk on the beach.
Tuesday we had a district staff meeting over lunch. So nice to gather all in one space together.
For Ash Wednesday, I was at Trinity UMC in Bradenton as a mobile office and got my ashes there from our former intern, Robert Bledsoe who is the pastor there.
