Vacation Day Nine

We woke up on Sunday morning and just soaked up the view from our hotel. Looking to the left past Epcot, we could even see the hot air balloon up in the sky from Disney Springs.

We checked out using the app from our phones and drove over to Animal Kingdom Lodge's Jambo House for the amazing buffet breakfast at Boma. We had to wait a few minutes for our table, so we looked around their pool area and the savannah overlook.

When it came time to be seated our waitress Carla brought me this awesome allergen guide for all of the different buffet stations - then she went to check on my vinegar allergy too and let me know the things I needed to stay away from for that. I got to eat two bowls of steel cut oats made with coconut milk (plus honey and brown sugar) and got some allergy friendly waffles as well as other stuff. So good!

Then we headed over to the Contemporary Resort to get some graduation pictures of Parker - here's a teaser and the rest will be in a separate post. And we managed to get a good picture of all three
boys as well.

Finally, we finished up our week with putt-putt at Disney's Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course. We played the winter course. Everyone got at least one hole in one - and there was one hole where three of us did. Plus Daryl won - and he had four hole in ones in a row.

Thankful for a beautiful time away in Orlando with our family before
Parker goes to camp and we move to Sarasota.
